Small to Mid-Size Businesses

For growing businesses, benefits can be a struggle, but they don't have to be a big drain on your resources. At Phoenix, we can help you provide benefits to your employees while managing your resources effectively. We give you information, choices and control so that you can identify the plan that works best for your needs. No matter the size of your team, or the size of your budget, we have options to suit you.

Managed Care

At Phoenix, our Managed Care plans are tailor-made for each client. We listen to your needs and create a plan that works for you. With a simple and straightforward transaction-based fee structure, the Phoenix Managed Care system is one you can trust. It's a system that focuses on saving you money. Our only incentive is simply to make the program one that you trust, are happy with, and would recommend to others.

Limited Prescription Plans

The Phoenix Limited Prescription Plan is a low cost alternative to prescription coverage. It works similar to our Phoenix Managed Care plans, but is a fully insured product that focuses on generics and a few select branded medications. This, in turn, reduces the overall cost of your plan. Despite its name, the Phoenix Limited Prescription Plan offers a wide range of medications that cover EVERY THERAPEUTIC CLASS. The Phoenix Limited Prescription plan gives employers the ability to offer a fully insured product for their employees at an extremely low cost.

RxAdvantage Card

Our RxAdvantage Card is a free and easy way to extend savings to all of your employees. With the RxAdvantage Card, your employees will have access to significantly discounted prices on everyday drugs within a network of over 60,000 pharmacies nationwide. On average, Phoenix pays 80% of all claims, compared to the 65% average for our industry. That's a significant amount. That difference means that you spend less, your employees pay less, and you're still providing a vital benefit to your team.
